How do I order?

  • Every Saturday at 1PM ET,  we will be opening our "Order" page with (5) of our latest availability of doughnuts and our cookie flavors for the month.  Items are available until marked as "Sold Out".
  • The "order now" button on our website's homepage will direct you to our ordering/product page.

What information do I need when I order?

It's best to be prepared before ordering with the following information: Full Name, E-mail address and Billing address.

How do I know if my order made it through?

If your order was successfully placed before we sell out, you will arrive at a confirmation page, then receive a confirmation text with a summary of your order.

What flavors are available and where can I see them? 

Every Saturday at 12PM ET, we will post the (5) flavors featured in our Sari-Sari box of the week on our Instagram stories and on our website on the "order" page

How much are your doughnuts?

  • At the moment we only sell sets of (5) doughnuts. Our most popular, the "Sari-Sari" (asstd.), is a set of (5) doughnuts including one of each flavor of the week for $37.50.
  • BYOB (Build your own box) Create a box of (5) doughnuts and fill it up with your favorite flavors! 

Where can I pick-up? 

  • Your order will be available for pick-up on your selected pick-up date and time at our commissary kitchen in Long Island City, Queens
  • The exact address/contact information for pick-up will be disclosed upon checkout.

*We do not offer shipping or delivery at the moment. 

How do I store my doughnuts?

  • All of our doughnut fillings are made with fresh dairy, so if you’re waiting to eat your treats more than 2 hours after pick-up, we suggest storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • When you’re ready to dig in, enjoy them at room temperature or refresh them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.

    Do you cater or do custom orders?

    Do you have any gluten-free/vegan options?

    We do not have any gluten-free or vegan options (yet!) We are working on developing new recipes and will be sure to let you know when they’re available.

    Do you offer shipping/delivery?

    We do not offer shipping or delivery at the moment. Stay tuned as we continue to grow and evolve!

      

    REFUND/PICK-UP POLICY 

    Refunds and Cancellations

    • Date Changes: All date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
    • Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before the pick-up date by emailing support@fromkora.com with your order number in the subject line. Refund requests received after the 48-hour deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the retail price, excluding fees.
    Non-Refundable Fees: Note that hotplate fees and credit card fees are non-refundable for all cancellation requests.

    Pick-Up Policy 
    Your order will be ready for pickup on your selected pick-up date and time at our commissary kitchen in Long Island City, Queens.
    No exceptions!

    **PLEASE REFER TO YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP DATE/TIME**
    - If you cannot redeem your order within the given time frame because of scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, please consider the following options:.
    • Sending a friend or loved one to pick up on your behalf. Simply provide them with your order number and name and present it to us upon arrival.
    • Coordinating with an Uber carrier or messenger service to pick up your order
    -  Any orders not retrieved by the end of your time window will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued, no exceptions.
