- Please read carefully and select the proper shipping speed at checkout for your desired delivery date.
- Selecting a Ship date at checkout: The date you select is the date your order is produced and picked up by UPS. Delivery date will vary based on your shipping address and selected shipping speed at checkout.
Shipping Information
- We currently offer our signature cookies for nationwide shipping via UPS.
- We bake our cookies fresh and ship out Mondays & Wednesdays. You will be prompted to select your preferred shipping date at checkout.
- Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be delivered (also based on your selected shipping rate).

To cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before your ship date by emailing support@fromkora.com with your order number in the subject line. Refund requests received after the 48-hour deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the retail price, excluding transaction fees.
- We take complete care in packaging each cookie for shipment using packaging materials and sturdy positioning. Once the package leaves our hands we cannot guarantee how they will arrive to you. If any breakage occurs during shipping, NO refunds will be issued. If you would like to purchase insurance to cover any accidents caused by UPS, please let us know immediately.

Refunds and Cancellations
- Date Changes: All date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before the pick-up date by emailing support@fromkora.com with your order number in the subject line. Refund requests received after the 48-hour deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the retail price, excluding fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Note that hotplate fees and credit card fees are non-refundable for all cancellation requests.
Pick-Up Policy
Your order will be ready for pickup on your selected pick-up date and time in Sunnyside, Queens.
No exceptions!
**PLEASE REFER TO YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP DATE/TIME**
- If you cannot redeem your order within the given time frame because of scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, please consider the following options:.
- Sending a friend or loved one to pick up on your behalf. Simply provide them with your order number and name and present it to us upon arrival.
- Coordinating with an Uber carrier or messenger service to pick up your order
- Any orders not retrieved by the end of your time window will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued, no exceptions.
How much are your doughnuts?
- At the moment we only sell sets of (5) doughnuts. Our most popular, the "Sari-Sari" (asstd.), is a set of (5) doughnuts including one of each flavor of the week for $37.50.
- BYOB (Build your own box) Create a box of (5) doughnuts and fill it up with your favorite flavors!
Where can I pick-up?
- Your order will be available for pick-up on your selected pick-up date and time at in Sunnyside, Queens NYC.
- The exact address/contact information for pick-up will be disclosed upon checkout.
*We do not offer shipping or delivery at the moment.
How do I store my doughnuts?
- All of our doughnut fillings are made with fresh dairy, so if you’re waiting to eat your treats more than 2 hours after pick-up, we suggest storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- When you’re ready to dig in, enjoy them at room temperature or refresh them in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.

We do not have any gluten-free or vegan options (yet!) We are working on developing new recipes and will be sure to let you know when they’re available.
