This holiday season, we bring you this one-of-a-kind ube babka wreath that marries the rich and earthy sweetness of ube, a vibrant purple yam from the Philippines, with the soft, buttery swirls of freshly baked brioche bread.

The purple-hued ube filling is woven through the layers of tender, braided dough, creating a beautiful contrast that is as delicious as it is visually stunning.

Serving suggestion:
By the slice: enjoy at room temperature or warm by the slice in microwave for 5-10 seconds 

Served whole: wrap entire babka tightly with aluminum foil to prevent from drying out and place in a 325F oven for 10-15 minutes

Shelf life: Best consumed within 2-3 days of receiving. To keep for longer, freeze and defrost at room temperature.
